Meetings are held a minimum of four times per year. Guests are welcome and must be approved in advance by Tasmanian Regional Aboriginal Communities Alliance (TRACA) Chair/s.  Two chairs are appointed, one for a one-year term and one for a two-year term to provide continuity. One chair is elected annually by members at the August meeting; Chairs may be re-elected.
